I have the Galaxy A15 and it works perfectly away from home for call and texts but.......once I leave my home I cannot use data!

This has only happened recently and have tried to look thru settings but I am 85 and although computer savvy cannot make it work. The phone is superb and fast otherwise.

I have a Vodafone contract which gives me 25GB o data with none used so far.  When I am not home I try to go into Google or Edge and although the page shows up sometimes I cannot access he content. Everything else works except this. Have tried in different area away from home so it is not a problem of bad sign signal.

Help please!

Thank you

Data usage is a carrier issue.  If your data feed is not working properly, you have to contact your carrier and have them sort it out.  The data signal is separate from the phone signal, so I assume your are able to make and receive calls.  Can you send and receive texts?  An important question is whether you have the mobile data actually turned on.  Make sure the quick panel icon is toggled on, data won't work unless it is.
