What, specifically is your problem? Not working right doesn't tell us anything. Which phone do you have, which OneUi version and what is happening would all be helpful in assisting you.

Themes requiring "update" rip off. As soon as you update THE THEME YOU UPDATED NOW REQIRES YOU TO REPURCHASE IT. THIS IS PAYING TWICE AND UNDERHANDED!

Samsung has no control over the theme designer's purchase practices. If a theme was removed from your purchase library, it was likely incompatible with the update.  If a theme needed to be updated to be compatible with the new UI, that takes some extra work.  Why do you feel designers are not entitled to be compensated for their extra work? Contact the theme designer to see if you have any options. Contact info for the designer is listed with the theme details in the store.  Also, check the Galaxy store/my apps/themes section and see if your purchased theme is there.  If it is, you should be able to redownload it without purchasing it again.

Can you explain?  Do you mean you did not get the new update?  Which phone do you have?  Your phone may either not be eligible for the update or it is not its turn on the update schedule.  

In the future, make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated post.  The only people likely to see your post are people interested in the  original topic and you will never get assistance.

No I didn't get the new update on my phone and I have a samsung a12 and I'm eligible for the update

Then its not yet your model's turn in your carriers' roll out cycle. My guess is will be one of the last scheduled updates.
