Dexcom app switches between landscape and portrait mode

i am diabetic and sometimes when i go to use the app it starts switching between landscape and portrait. this doesn't happen in any other app.

My S24 Ultra does this on my Dexcom G6 app automatically if I rotate my phone to landscape.

It also does it if you touch the graph at the bottom of the screen.

My money is on an inadvertent touch on the graph.
