Disabling MMS?

I followed the on line guidelines and pictures are still converting to MMS sending txt

That's because you cannot send pictures using SMS. It will always convert to MMS

Out of curiosity, why do you want to disable MMS? As @Pianodude58 stated, you cannot send or receive multimedia messages without it (unless you are using RCS)

What is it that you are trying to do?

Do you know what the MMS and SMS stand for?

MMS = Multidedia Services
SMS= Short Message Service

The 2 are clearly different.

SMS sends texts
MMS sends media

Sms would be just text as mms would be images or photos for example
