Galaxy A14 screen freezes for 40-70 seconds at a time?

Why has my galaxy a14 started freezing for 40-70 seconds at a time. I've cleaned cache's and stopped extra running apps. Am I going to have to factory reset my phone? Help?

Typically, these issues are due to a third party app. Boot in safe mode and if the problem is gone, it is an app u downloaded is the issue
