A36 Won't PAIR to any Bluetooth speaker

We understand how frustrating it is for the Bluetooth to not connect. A couple of things we recommend after updating your phone is to clear the cache partition through the recovery menu.

To get to recovery mode: 

- Turn off phone

- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously 

- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears

- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET) 

- Use power button to select.

If the phone is unable to connect to Bluetooth after all troubleshooting is complete, service is recommended.
