Galaxy M17 touch issues on brand new phone with one UI 8

Hi All,

I bought New Galaxy M17 and updated to One UI 8.

I am facing touch issues like, long press isn't working and sometimes normal touch isn't working.

If I long press any app or widget they are opening directly sometimes and they are working fine sometimes.  Is it software issue?
