Galaxy Tab A9+ - Bixby not available anywhere on my tablet.

I have a galaxy a9+ Bixby voice not available option for digital assistant. ModelSM-X210. Worked with Samsung Care and they tried all options. Bixby simply is not installed / Available anywhere on my tablet. Works just fine on my Galaxy S24+.

When I got the S24+, I restored from backup. For my tablet (the device with no Bixby), I did a factory reset, then restored via smart switch.

A series samsungs don't have Bixby

I don't have a tablet, but my A54 has Bixby. I seem to remember something about Bixby not be available on tablets.
