Please, make sure your device is up-to-date. If your device is running on the most recent software, try to perform a soft reset your device by holding the power and down button until phone restarts. You may want to check if a third party app is causing the screen issue. Press the Power button> hold the power off button until screen shows reboot in Safe mode> tap ok. If green lines are no longer visible a third party app is causing the issue. You may want to uninstall recently installed apps. If the lines are still present the lines may not be caused by a third party app and restarting your phone will get you out of Safe Mode. You may want to consider a Full Factory Reset. This will attempt to resolve deeper software issues. This will return your device to factory settings. All of your data will be erased. Before performing this reset it is highly advised to back up all of your data. To perform the factory reset go to Settings> General management> Reset>Factory data reset> reset.
