There's ways of doing it anymore to where the don't even need to put an app on ur phone..I've seen some YouTube videos about it...only thing u can really do is encrypt ur phone

If she has your phone provider account password, she can log in on a web browser and see your call log. You can log in yourself and change your log in information and don't share it with her. I would change the log in info for any account she may have access to or be able to guess, especially your email. If she's looking at your phone calls, she's reading your email. Also, it's not a point of pride to be a tech dinosaur in the 21st century.
