How do I stop text to speech every time I type I hear the letter or word

I don't use microphone but where are you texting at specifically? What keyboard are you using? It could be in your accessibility options under text to speech or Bixby. That's strange I really do not know. Within Bixby they're are RTT settings.

I tried to turn off text to speech but it I isn't an option.
Just typing on QWERTY on the phone
