A Series & Other MobileHello everyone, this is my first time posting here. I was able to change every possible notification setting on my device, it was tedious but still consistent. After the removal of diverse notification settings in one of the android 14 updates, it became easier to change the notifications but I can hear different sounds, hence the inconsistency. Anyone else having the same issue ?

A Series & Other MobileYou are not being at all clear in what you are trying to say. If you want different sounds for different notifications from different apps, or even different sounds from different types of notifications from the same app, you have to turn notification categories on. Settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app. I notice in your screen shot, you don't appear to have notification categories. After turning on the categories, your app notification area will show "notification categories", you would then tap the categories and enable/disable the notifications you want to receive and set a sound for them. To set a sound, turn on the slider for the notification, tap the text and choose a sound. Whatever sound you choose for the main notification will be the default for all the others unless the app sets a sound. If what you are trying to convey is a different issue, please be more clear.
