They actually are linked. You can log into your Samsung account using Google and the find app relies on Google services. What are you trying to accomplish by linking?
I have a Galaxy Nokia C5-endi and I have a Samsung A15 so I can answer your question with YES YOU CAN š I got the A15 Samsung while I was still using my old Galaxy phone so I synced both accounts so I have my Google account and my Samsung account I suggest you make yourself a Google account and try getting back into your Samsung account through Google but make sure you don't undo any of your account details in the process because you may lose your access to Samsung!!
