I have an 156U but in some places on my phone it reads "A256U" I'm not sure when this change happened or what exactly changed or why my phone on sais this in some places but im having a problem with getting the backup feature to work when backing up to Google Drive. When I select to backup it begins then in about 5 seconds my phone sais its finished. When I check Google drive, it reads that there is only 10.02mb used in the Google Drive app the same when logging into Google Drive from Samsung or Google Chrome they both show the same thing. But, No matter what I try, it won't show me what the 10.02mb are. There's no option to delete or see what it is. I did have an incomplete backup that happened about a month ago so im not sure if that is what is. I messaged Google support about this issue roughly 10 days ago but, as of yet, No Change. Im a bit frustrated how every account has sync and backup more or less activated "On" by default. That's just asking for backup and sync issues. It became a nightmare for me for the most part because of some really bad settings that got backed up when one night I fell asleep playing on my phone an because that, I rolled around on my phone the rest of that night and all kinds of settings were changed but my phone was froze up solid so I restarted it by force, "held down power button till it restarted". It rebooted just fine but at some point, alot of those "bad" settings got backed up. I ended up having to factory data reset my phone but, those "bad" settings began syncing to my phone. I still have no clues as to which account or app these "bad" settings were backed up or saved to and im still trying to sort it out and locate them. My phone before this was an A03 and im using 2 of the same accounts now as I did then and that phone had the screen smashed beyond even turning on so I couldn't do anything with it as for the accounts and or the backing up or syncing. So im not real sure what's being synced or from where. Atleast I no longer see my old phones icon photo when I first login to either account. "Samsung Cloud, Samsung account or Google account". So I think im making progress. I've been struggling with this issue for 2 months now and I'm about sick of it really. I've sent Samsung messages through support pertaining to this and the only response , if I remember correctly, is that I need to download Google Drive to view what's in there. Well I've down that on a couple occasions and still I can't see what it is. I messaged Samsung and Google both, again through support to help me out and explained yet again the problem im having and to please just delete all stored data through back and or sync to attempt at trying to get ahead on this issue but the data is still there saying and doing the same old **bleep**. What's a man to do to get some sort of assistance on this deal? I mean **bleep** is really going on. I realize a lot of these ppl are busy but it's been 2 weeks since the request for help to just delete everything in Samsung Cloud that is syncing and is saved there and i asked for the same thing for any and all backup and sync data store in my Samsung and Google accounts. But yet nothing has happened with that from either parties I sent my issue and request too. Im sick of resetting all settings and resetting app preferences to get my phone to work. Im not even sure what to do at this point because I haven't heard a word out of either company. I just know that I'll need to know when they are finished deleting all that data because I'll have to reset all everything yet again so hopefully nothing "bad" gets synced or backed up again. Right now I have to resort to restoring from external drive, an sd card . It works for now and I've already turned off sync awhile ago but I still have to manual select exactly what I need to sync after I reset everything so it's really a problem and a pain to have to do this nearly everyday for awhile but now that I sorta have most of everything off that has to do with sync for sure but now I.cant get the backup option on my phone to work at all. I cleared the cache on the system through the recovery option and through multiple apps. To many to list. Reset everything numerous times even factory data reset my phone a few times now. I really need some help with all this backing up and syncing **bleep** that goes on with every company thinking is good to have 30 backups and everything syncing through and with each company. I mean really already what's the point of all that? Even 3rd party apps are doing this now. Im telling it's an issue having everything in the world with every company using multiple apps and settings syncing all the time. If they are so concerned about data use then why do they use so much?
So does anyone have anything i can do to remedy this situation because im getting very frustrated about it all. Thanks

I also found 10.02mb of storage being used in Google Drive that I can't seem to find what it is using the Drive app or with 2 different browsers. When I go to look at what it could be it sais its empty but when I first open the app or login with a browser they all say there is that amount being used and I had a couple backups that my phone said didn't complete so it could be part of the issue. Im not completely sure of the extent or where from this **bleep** is coming from but, I've had about enough of getting hints by both Google and Samsung about what to check. Do Something already to help. I can't find all the issues or where everything that's going is coming from but im about to walk away from both companies for thier lack of assistance after having been asked for some kind on several occasions
