This is my first time using a Samsung. I got it a couple of days ago, and it's brand new. I noticed that there was a small lagging when I opened apps before they opened. And it happened when I closed them, too. So, I did "factory reset," and the apps were opening smoothly again. After using a few hours, the lagging happened again. Please help me.
