Dear Samsung customer services, and by that I mean actually a HUMAN answering this.

Since the last update which I, regretfully, did on Sat evening, a lot of the apps on my phone are not working. Using Samsung Internet doesn't allow you to look at DRM content and there are no instructions whatsoever on how to resolve that. 

I am a member of moviebox pro and the app no longer works. 

can you

1) please answer NOT using your AI colleague 

2) revert whatever you did to our phones?

3) Can you please answer seriously? I have reviewed lots of questions asked and none of them seem to be answered by a thinking person

You do realize that this is a customer peer to peer help forum and NOT Samsung's official customer service, right? Occasionally Samsung personnel drop in to address serious issues.
