I don't know if there's a way to get feedback to Samsung, and hopefully somebody at the company will see this. I have the Galaxy A15 phone. I've had a few other galaxies before this one. I was always able to put my phone on do not disturb and then play a recording - say, of a guided meditation I wanted to listen to before going to sleep. Now I cannot listen to anything with the phone on DND. Which means if I want to listen to a guided meditation to fall asleep, my phone might ring in the middle of the meditation. I don't know why this was changed; it's pretty awful.
The other thing is, I used to be able to triple tap and then take my fingers and spread out my screen to magnify something. Now I have to go into the phone and change the magnification settings and then I end up with this little square in the middle of my screen that expands one section of the screen. Then to turn it off I have to go back into the phone and turn off the magnification settings. Even if there's a way to change that so I don't have to keep turning it on and off, it's absolutely horrible looking. It obstructs the edges of what I'm looking at. Very cumbersome to use. Really would love it if you'd bring back the triple tap; it was simple.
I'm also thinking about an older flip phone I had years ago. I'm not sure if this kind of technology can happen on the newer Android phones. But I remember having phone numbers logged into my phone and different people's phone numbers were numbered. Say, the top 5 people I called regularly would be assigned a number one through 5. I could literally squeeze a button on the side of my phone and out loud say, "Call mom," and my phone would automatically dial my mother's number.
I would love to have a feature like that on my cell phone now. As a stands now I have to tap the button on side of my phone swipe up, open up my contacts, look for the contact and open that up, then click on the green button to dial the person, and then hit the speaker phone button. Have to basically execute about 4 different things which I would never want to do while I'm driving. It was so nice to be able to speaker phone call somebody without looking down at the phone or taking my eyes off the road.
Kind of silly that the stupid old flip phone had that feature and these more expensive modern phones don't. It's possible the simplicity of it is what made it something the phone could do. I don't know.

I hate when you've had your phone set up a certain way and use certain features constantly then they screw with stuff that makes your phone look and function completely different without warning.... I mean you'd think they would track what functions you use regularly and if something is going to change in an update it should say "we see you used this function quite a lot and in our update it's going to be a little different so you should play with "x" and "y" settings"..... or better yet how bout just not messing with it at all especially if the users phone has been set up this way for a long time and definitely don't take a function that the users use a lot completly away with zero warning. Lots of people complain about their service provider not having the newest update yet, when will they have it, blah blah blah and get upset cause they don't have it yet but other people do.... I on the other hand, loathe when updates come out especially big ones, like great I wonder what they messed with now that I get to spend 17 hours trying to make my phone do what it did yesterday, really annoying!?! I understand the need to update security constantly but like you said they just randomly take things away or make them way more complicated to use and you end up having to dig into settings to try to do something that used to be a couple presses, uuugggghhhh?!! Seems like major updates used to be way more vetted before releasing so there would be way less issues, now it's like whoever is in charge is rushing the people that are making the thing and they just get it "close enough" and will deal with all the issues after they put it out, I don't really get why that is? Why the huge rush to put out something that is going to cause a bunch of problems and have a ton of people irritated and complaining and oh oops totally left out that feature that everybody uses, oh well they can go to settings, then this tab, then this tab, then this tab, then they'll just forget what they were even trying to do after searching multiple places.... vwaaaa laaaaaa, perfect!!
