Microphone issue stop working

I can't send voice notes and people on other hand can't hear me on call.i have been using samsung a15 since 6 months but this problem started weeks ago first I restart and reset my phone and everything got clear like first, but the next day again the problem start. I recently update my phone to ui 7. It all started after this ,my microphone is not working 

I can't make call because the opposite can't hear me and I can't even send voice notes!!

How to fix this thing?

Yes i did! Speaker and mic are not working on first try.they are working on seond try

Sounds like you are having intermittent hardware issues. Your next step would be contacting a repair center.

Again it sounds like a hardware issue. I already gave you one possible solution. Get in contact with a repair center.

As @Pianodide58 said, bring your phone for service. Is it still under warranty? If it is, there may be no cost to you unless it is deemed user damage. In the meantime, see if using earbuds will solve the immediate issue. They do not have to be expensive buds - any buds will do.
