Missing options in the drop-down menu

Hello I'm writing because I just noticed I had an update on my phone I have a Galaxy A15 and after doing the upgrade which kind of like 10 minutes I noticed that I no longer have the drop-down box with the little things inside like location, rotate, flashlight, airplane mode, modes, routines those things I don't know where it went to and don't know how to get it back is anybody else having any issues of problems since the new UI update?

Pull down from the top right, you will see a pencil icon, tap on that, on the left tip you will see panel settings , tap on that, toggle on together.

Those are still there you just have to swipe down on the right side of the screen 

left side is for notifications 

right side is quick toggles

or you can switch back to the old way

Quick Notification settings

1. Swipe down from the top right of the screen.
2. Click the Pencil icon in upper right.
3. Click the Panel settings in upper left
4. Change the setting from Separate to Together.

Thank you and yes they we're still there but when I would go to pull down the drop-down panel there was nothing showing at all not even the edit pencil at the top right so that's why I was like where did it disappear to and I'm not too tech savvy but thank you very much for the help
