A Series & Other MobileHi,
I own a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G (Model: SM-A546E/DS), purchased in February 2024. It worked perfectly until recently, when the mobile internet became sluggish or stopped working entirely. Interestingly, my SIM cards work fine in other devices, and other SIMs from the same network work fine in my phone. Despite trying a network reset, the connection remains unresponsive. The signal icon often shows 'No Service' or very low bars with no data. I usually have to restart the phone 2โ3 times just to get a signal, but even then, the speeds are very slow. Any advice on the cause or a potential solution?

A Series & Other MobileHave you tried cleaning the SIM card contacts and re-inserting in your phone?
Since other SIMs from the same network work fine in your phone (even though your SIM works in others' phones), you can ask your carrier to send you a replacement SIM and see if that fixes the issue.

A Series & Other MobileHello SSK_A54, welcome to the Samsung Community. I know it must be frustrating for you to be having these issues with your services but I am here to help.
First, I would advise that you inspect your device and SIM to ensure there is no physical or liquid damage. LDI would be inside the SIM card tray. LDI indicators should be solid white or white with visible pink or purple X's. If the device has been exposed to moisture, the LDI will be solid pink, purple, or red.
Next, verify that the SIM card is properly installed. Restart your device. Next we're going to reset your Network settings. Open the network settings. Go to Settings > General management > tap Reset. For your mobile connection, tap Reset mobile network settings. Tap reset to confirm. Then you should verify that your device is up to date. Next put your device in safe mode: Booting your Samsung Galaxy into Safe mode | Samsung CA. Lastly perform a factory reset for the device but be sure to backup your device before: Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet
Thank you for reaching out, if you are still encountering any issues, please visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.

A Series & Other MobileHi All,
Thanks for your responses.
Curiously, a different SIM from the same carrier works perfectly in my phone, and my SIM works fine in other devices. The issue only happens when I use my specific SIM in my own phone
Interestingly, when I use my SIM alongside another person's SIM in my phone, my signal becomes very weak or drops entirely. Meanwhile, the other SIM maintains a perfect connection.
The only option left for me is reset to factory setting. Please advise.

A Series & Other MobileCan't you have your carrier send you another SIM card? Worth a shot as long as it is not too expensive.
