Hi, can't download MP4 video from my Samsung A55...it says: 1 item will be downloaded but actually never starts..I sent this videos from my Laptop in Gmail..and I want to open in my phone to sent with Viber or WhatsApp...but I can't do that without downloading...thanks in advance!
I don't know what the snafu is with that or whether the fault lies with Gmail or some misconfiguration in your phone. However, you can connect your phone to your computer and transfer the file directly to your DCIM folder and then share it in your phone apps. Or, you can transfer it from your computer to a flash drive and then connect the flash drive to your phone and transfer the file to your DCIM folder.
