A Series & Other MobileTurn off the Samsung A72.
Connect the phone to a computer (or USB-C headphones) using a USB cable.
Press and hold both the Volume Up key and the Power key simultaneously.
When the Android logo appears, release all buttons.
In the Recovery Menu, use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press the Power button to select.
Highlight Yes with Volume Down and press the Power button to confirm.
Once completed, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted; press the Power button to restart the phone.
