About two months ago, I have noticed that my car's Bluetooth, saved in the "paired devices" section since I got this phone, was getting wiped out apparently at random sporadically. Later on, I noticed that the rest of my devices only shown with the description "Paired on previous phone or tablet" (that's because I also use my wireless headphones, for example, on my tablet as well and it is synced with the phone), meaning that they were too erased from my phone.
There is not any pattern to this, at least none I could notice. No new apps installed, no new CA signatures, maybe a software update but nothing immediate if that is even the case. I was thinking if this is a bug from the new versions or if I'm missing something maybe.
Phone: Galaxy A16
Tablet: Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
Both devices are using latest version software available. Developer options are not enabled in neither.

A Series & Other MobileHey there, leonardobagi
Thanks for reaching out. I can understand how frustrating this can be. Can you confirm what software version both your Galaxy A16 and Tab A7 Lite currently running on? Have you attempted to Reset Network settings on both devices recently?
Reset Network Settings: you can use these steps for both devices.
1. Open the app drawer and tap the Settings icon.
2. Scroll down and select General management.
3. Select Reset to see the available reset options.
4. Tap Reset network settings.
5. Tap Reset settings again, enter your credentials, and confirm with the final Reset button.
Note: Doing this will delete all previous paired Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi networks. You will need to reconnect to Wi-Fi networks and re-pair Bluetooth devices after the reset.
Please let me know if this helps! ๐
