It keeps saying to text via Samsung members to fix it or sum I don't really know what to do

A Series & Other MobileHello Annaleighb, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations with your device not allowing you to use theme park. I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the Good lock app and verify that it is up to date. In addition, clear the app cache.
If you are still experiencing issues with the app please submit an error report:
Samsung Members App > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Report
