My a53 5g isn't showing me an update

I'm currently using a Samsung a53 5g and for some reason every time I try to update, my phone says that it's already up to date, and my UI version is ONE UI 6. Please help!

Who is your carrier?

Have you changed carriers since you purchased phone?

My carrier has been the same one since I bought the phone, and I've been able to update it many times in the past year... 

I got the phone on Amazon

In order for me to diagnose your problem further I would need you to provide a screenshot of your software page, specifically where it says carrier software and what version you are currently running.

We need to see if carrier version matches up with your provider.

Not helping other than to tell me you haven't an update in well over a year.

Go to settings, about phone, software. That's the screenshot I need to see. Does the carrier software match up with your provide. My provider is Verizon, where I circled in my screenshot the carrier firmware says Verizon. When you buy a phone from Amazon, it is very important to check that page for carrier firmware. While it might work to as a phone you will not get updates unless the phone has been properly unlocked

It appears your phone was originally made for Australia and has been flashed to a US model. The carrier appears to be Tmobile.

You might need to have the software reflashed at a authorized Samsung service center.
