hello, im using my Samsung A7 (not sure which the edition) the series model is SM-A750GN/DS, the phone died couple hour ago and it didn't quite charging but theres a Circle with Lightning logo without Battery Percentage on it. I already tried pushing power button and volume up but nothing changes the phone still in the same position, is there any solution for this before i go to the service center.
