Don't know how to setup apps and sync services with phone. Instructions are never setup for this model, at least I have not been able to find any to match. The layout is not like the guide books where I've been looking. Anybody know how to setup apps and services on Galaxy A16 5G? Or a good source for setup guides?
What are you trying to do, exactly? Just like any other phone in the history of smart phones, you download your apps and place them where you want on your home screen. If you have a previous smart phone, you can transfer your apps, settings, documents and photos via Smart Switch, which must be installed on both devices. If you no longer have your old phone and you have a Samsung and/or Google account that the previous phone was associated with, you should have both a Google and Samsung Backup which you can restore to your new phone. If this is your first Samsung phone, you won't have a Samsung backup, but if you had an Android phone, you would have a Google backup. If this is your first ever smart phone, you will have to download everything that is not already included with your phone from scratch. What services are you trying to set up?
The phone also has a "Tips and user guide" in the settings. Go to settings, scroll all the way down to the bottom and tap on tips and user guide, then either go through all the tip cards or scroll all the way down to the user guide.
If you mean syncing your accounts, you must sign into both your Google and Samsung accounts and those services will automatically be synced. Going through the settings, you can also sync with OneDrive by adding OneDrive to your phone and logging into your Microsoft account.
