Need help with icons/pictures changed some how?

I don't know what button I may have pressed, but my phone looks strange. All the icons have changed and all my photos looks like white silhouettes. Can someone please tell me how return things back to the previous status.

I don't see anything wrong with what you've posted. Color inversion is the icon I've identified in my quick panel screenshot. As @MrGhoul said, that sounds like the most likely reason you're seeing what you're seeing. Toggle it and everything should go back to normal.
