Need help with icons/pictures changed some how?

I don't know what button I may have pressed, but my phone looks strange. All the icons have changed and all my photos looks like white silhouettes. Can someone please tell me how return things back to the previous status.

May be that you accidentally enabled color inversion.
Go to your quick panel and locate "color inversion" and make sure it's off.

Scroll down from the top of your screen and then slide down again when it appears. This is your quick panel, then locate color inversion
