I have a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G and suddenly I can't upload photos from my computer to the phone. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have a lot of photos that I would like to be able to show off to friends!
You say suddenly, were you able to do it with this phone before? Or is this a new phone and you were able to to it on another phone?
Are you trying to transfer via wi-fi, Bluetooth, or USB? If you are using USB, you have to turn off auto blocker in the security and privacy settings. I don't recall if auto blocker has to be off for the other two options, but it certainly would not hurt. You also have to be using a cable capable of handling 25 watts.
