A Series & Other MobileI contacted Samsung last week checking on the xcover 7 pro phone. The rep I spoke with suggested that I purchase from my current carrier T-Mobile and then come back here to set up a Care+ plan. So I purchased the phone as recommended, come back here and after entering my phone's serial number and the IMEI the Care+ site stated that I'm not eligible for the service. So, what gives? First I'm told no problem, then I'm told no way. Which is it?
