Hello, can you please help i sometimes get flash notifications like this one the problem is if the screen is turned off the notification will turn it on and it's not going to turn off until i interact with it, so if I'm sleeping and got this message the screen will kept on and the battery will drain to zero.
I did search for "SIM toolkit" in the system apps and silence it's notifications but it doesn't seems the problem is solved.
My phone is A15 with oneUI 6.1 and two days ago get oneUI 7.0 but that didn't change anything

A Series & Other MobileOk. This is a forum dedicated to U.S. products and software. Since hardware, software and carriers differ in different countries, you may get more help in a forum for your region. It may be that your carrier actually *is* sending those messages. It's not done here.

A Series & Other MobileYou should be putting your phone in sleep mode at night. It contains an instance of do not disturb that will not let anything through (except alarms, if you set one). You can edit the do not disturb mode to allow calls from preferred contacts. You can also just configure normal do not disturb to not allow notifications. I do not know why you are getting that notification in the first place, and since I don't read Arabic, I don't know what it's saying. Is it warning you that something is amiss? Did you just silence the notifications or turn them off? You can also set the notification style to no pop-up. That way you will still get the notification, but it should not light up your whole screen.

A Series & Other MobileEven when I'm not sleeping, sometimes i put my phone away or not using it at work and still getting that type of notification.
The contents of the message is just a offers from the SIM company.
i can't block "SIM toolkit" notifications just silence it as you see in the image.
