This new update just gets worse and worse.

I have my phone set in the dark theme, but when I have to put my password in on the lock screen... it's bright white. Why?!

Super annoying and BLINDING when it's night time and I don't have any lights on in my room.

Is there a way to make it match my phone's dark theme?

I would try the force dark mode in dev settings. How you do this is go to settings > about phone > software information > build number, then tap it until it tells you that you are a developer. Then search for force dark mode. Let me know if it works!

Put the phone in sleep mode and it will put the screen in grey scale. If you don't want to use sleep mode, create a routine to either put the phone in grey scale at night or just to simply lower the brightness. You can use a dark wallpaper and choose a color palette. I don't know why, but my password input screen is dark grey. It used to be purple to match my wallpaper. I normally keep my phone in light mode, but this has never affected the password input screen.

It never was see through.  It was always a solid color. it just depends on which color it was.  The PIN screen is different than the password screen. That may be what you are thinking of.

Mine was a picture of my choice. Now since the update, it's a white screen.

Soo your saying your keyboard background is white? If that's the case you need to change your keyboard settings
