I'm experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Samsung Galaxy A04 that's severely impacting my phone's performance and battery life.

My phone continuously displays a notification stating "USB connector connected" or "USB connector disconnected," even when no cable is plugged in. This notification appears constantly and won't stop, causing several serious issues:

- The screen stays on continuously due to the persistent notifications

- Battery drains extremely fast because the screen won't turn off

- Phone is overheating significantly

Ecen thought I am using the original Samsung USB cable for charging

- The issue persists regardless of whether I'm charging or not

It's an A04. Time to upgrade. It's not worth paying to fix.

If it's happening even with no cable plugged in, there's a possibility of liquid damage causing the pins in the charge port to think something is connected. You're most likely looking at broken hardware.
