Phone keeps changing my settings

My phone even though it's supposed to have when in your pocket protection on it's still changing all my settings I've got the new Samsung galaxy A15 5g and I'm having nothing but issues with it. The touch screen is garbage it's constantly and I mean constantly messing up. I regret buying this phone

I am having the same thing wrong with my phone is yours there ain't nothing but **bleep** junk I regret ever getting this one I don't know why they can't make it good instead of feeling farting around with it I won't buy no more Samsung like this one

Stuff like that usually happens if you forgo putting a password/pin/pattern lock on your phone. If your phone is locked, the screen can't be accidentally accessed to change your settings. It's not your phone, it's you. You can also take the phone out of your pocket and use a phone holster, which will protect it.

You can also lock your homescreen layout.

Yeah, forgot about that option. Used to use it so my cat wouldn't change things since I keep my phone unlocked at home.
