Phone operating slow

What's the problem with the phone. It's working slowly and losing network service. It's saying that the phone is hot.

Try clearing both these things:
Clear dumpstate:
Go to the phone app
Dial *#9900#
Click "delete dupstate/logcat"

Clear cache partition:
Power off
Hold the power button+volume up until the recovery screen appears
Use the volume buttons to navigate to "wipe cache partition"
Use the power button to select
Navigate to yes and select it
Select reboot phone now

This will not delete any of your information hope this helps

If the device is slow, you can go to Settings > Device care to free up storage and memory.

For the temperature, can you share a screenshot of the message you are getting?

Press at same time the power button and lower volume button after a few seconds the phone will restart if done correctly and that's it
