I have a Galaxy A16 with a 512gb Lenovo sD card installed. The phone sees the card and saves photos to the card. However, when i connect my phone to my pc it only shows Android and internal stroage. I have tried my Win 10 Toshiba laptop and my Win11 desktop, with the same results, I have spoken to Samsung Support and thet suggested it's the pc, but surely not both pc's. It worked when I first bought the phone, but it's now on ONE UI 7, I think. Anyone have any idea what's wrong, please?
Try this swipe down your notification panel and do you see a notification that says USB for charge only if so tap it and change it to USB file transfer and android auto. Also open open settings and toggle off auto blocker in security and Privacy
