A Series & Other MobileHi,
I have recently purchased Samsung Galaxy A07 (4GB-128) mobile phone from their website estore. My bluetooth ear buds and other devices are connecting via bluetooth without any problem but my bluetooth hifi (sub-woofer music) system is not connecting. The phone is showing it in "Available Bluetooth devices" as "BTR108" but not connecting to it by any way. I have tried everything like restarting the phone and unpairing the device but it is not connecting. So please help. Thanks.

A Series & Other MobileHi farazjaved77! Thanks for visiting the Community. Let's see what we can do to get your Bluetooth connecting your devices as it should.
I recommend giving this link a shot: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002014/
This link explains how to use your soundbar and phone together to play music: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10006949/
If this doesn't help, I recommend submitting an error report after replicating the issue.
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

A Series & Other MobileActually I am using BTR108 bluetooth device which, i think, has old version of bluetooth (perhaps 3.0), and Samsung A07 has 5.0 or higher. So is there any settings in this phone for backward compatibility? For example, in "developer options" etc.
Thankd for anybody's help & reply.
