My usb port when connected to my windows 10 no long gives me the ability to to select things like transferring file, photos, and other items. Now it just gives me battery information. Tried installing smartswitch on my PC and reinstalled the phone drivers but windows 10 (updates are current) says usb unrecognized. I can plug in other usb devices using the same cable and they all operate correctly, so I'm pretty sure the usb cable is good.
