Reboot phone.
Delete wi-fi connection.
Re-add wi-fi connection.
Not directed to, but I rebooted again after re-adding wi-fi connection.
All good now 😊

A Series & Other MobileSorry you’re having this issue but since this is just a User to User Support community you should have stayed on with tech support that was trying to help. I would suggest taking your phone to a certified repair center to have it checked out.
