All incoming phone calls are going directly to voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy A21 phone. I don't want them to go directly to voicemail. I prefer to have my phone ring and then I will answer it.
Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? I already checked and Do Not Disturb is turned off, so that's not the problem.
I removed the SIM card and put it back in and that solved the problem. The phone rings and I can answer it without it going straight to voicemail. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Since the DND is off, have you tried to reset the network settings, reset APN's, and then turning the device off for two minutes and turning it back on and see if that would work? Does the Galaxy A21 have a physical Sim? If so, try to turn the device off, take the Sim card out for two minutes, put the Sim card back in, and power the device on and see if that helps. If all fails, you may need to reach out to your phone carrier and have them assist you further.
Also as crazy as it may sound, please make sure your phone software is up to date as well because small things like that can also cause issues.
