Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Network Problem

Would anyone help me with my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, because my LTE is not working but the 5G is working, and this phone was with Cricket and I switched carriers with this phone after unlocking the carrier, is there a way I can get it to work?

Do you know why it would not work on LTE?

Lte is 4g i believe if it's showing that it's how the carrier tower transmits or figured too if your showing 5g than the carrier is using that

Should still show in 5g,as 4 g is still in use when a stronger signal is not available.Also lte and 4g are technically not thr same

Depends on carrier att used to show it as lte for 4g now it's 5ge

I believe they still do deepening on device and no 5g is available. I have boost and it shows lte once in awhile

How do you know the 4g isn't working? It will run on the 5g network, based on carrier. But will run on Lte when 5 g signal isn't strong enough
