My phone notified me of a new software update available but when I click on it, it just keeps saying retry. It won't update. At all. I don't understand why it's doing this all of a sudden. I haven't even had this phone a year yet
Restart the phone and give it another try. If that still doesn't work, wait another day and try again. It might be an issue with your carrier's update server.
Please make sure your allocated memory is not full as it may not allow for the update to proceed successfully. As a rule of thumb, restart your phone and try the update again after a successful restart. Hope it helps
