Samsung Galaxy A54 5G incall speaker volume is very low

I performed cell phone diagnosis using the members app and it seems to be working fine except one thing I'm not sure off, speaker sound tests is split into two levels, The incall speaker volume is very low , I am not sure if that's the way it should be, does anyone kno? thank you

Yes, it is split into 2 ,both need to be held to your ear. It's not loud. Just enough to check the speaker
