I've got a A16 5G that's been having NO update to the Google play and Reseting the phone there's NO Recovery option to were it's been in the repair place Samsung sent me and phone has been hacked. The software/Firmware has been altered in the logs section. Please fix,phone is under warranty

Not for everybody. My phone was updated but only to January. Still better than November, though.
