Samsung Members Support unable to understand

I am finding the Members support function completely useless. If I say that my phone won't take screenshots, I dont understand why they dont understand. If I say that all the buttons in in the do not disturb section are stuck in the "on" position, greyed out so i cant alter them, how am I supposed to "replicate" that? Anyone have any suggestions?

Also get same generic answer from support saying my logs arent going thru and Im still waiying for answer as to why my samsung internet keeps opening up instead of my apps why my name is greyed out i both Members and News apps. A13 5G. and does anyone know what android system webview really is.

Which phone do you have. Let's start with that. Obviously budget A series phones are not going to have all the features of the S Series. Also, it helps to be specific about the problem.
Also, it's best to remember that this is peer to peer help, not actual Samsung support.

I have a14 5g and I pull screen down theres a screenshot icon its Cool I press it Wow it screenshot I don't have to hold volume nd power button Maybe this helps

There are different ways of taking screen shots on various Samsung devices. Can you be more specific about the model of phone ?
