Samsung Voice Input not working on A52 5G

So, my mom's phone's Samsung Voice Input (I've basically given up and had her switch to Google Voice) randomly stopped working a few weeks ago. I've gone through just about every trouble shooting tip I can find. My dad has the same exact phone, both using current version of Android. Everything is identical. I checked them side by side looking at all the settings I could think of and yet, Samsung Voice Input simply will not work on her phone. Does anyone have an idea what might be going wrong?

Have you cleared the cache from the keyboard?

To do this follow the path from my screenshots, go to settings, apps, type in the search box Samsung Keyboard, open it to get to the app info page, go to storage and clear cache.

That definitely shouldn’t be happening. I’d try running diagnostics in the Samsung Members app first—it can help pinpoint if it’s hardware or software. If it is hardware, Samsung support is usually pretty quick about repair options. Thats what I've been using scene becoming an affiliate for samsung

Yeah, I've ruled out hardware, as I know the mic works since Google Voice Input is currently working. Bixby works. Voice recorder works. Just Samsung Voice Input isn't.

Samsung voice typing is terrible anyway. Google voice typing is far superior!

Yeah, she's more than happy with it. I'm just befuddled why it won't work on her phone, but works fine on my dad's. Haha!
