Samsung account logs me out as soon as I log in

Whenever I attempt to access my products page for my Galaxy A35 5G on the Samsung account page on the website, I am redirected to my phone page, which displays my current login credentials. I cannot update the Samsung account app because it's grayed out. I think, but am not 100% sure, that when Spectrum did a smart switch when I downgraded my phone, maybe the data has a problem somewhere. Please let me know if something is wrong and how I can fix this. Samsung just does not understand when I speak on the phone or chat with them. I want to know if I can factory reset or if there's an easy fix that I can do. incredibly irritated. Whenever I do finally get onto my product page on Samsung.com, it shows I have three phones and I only own 1. The other 2 phones, I do not know how or why they are on  ever owning

On the samsung site sign in top right and in account information I think should see devices

Should have your orders if any and devices registered it's in account part I believe but not looked in sometime so I could be off

Only other option i can think of is on the phone goto settings at bottom tap about phone check all that is correct also in settings at top says account information about connection settings tap that and go thru everything there
