Samsung recovery partition still android 13 after android 15 update

Anyone have any idea why my recovery partition is stuck on android 13? My phone samsung A356U, just updated a couple days ago to android 15 so from my research the recovery partition should also update?

From what I seen that's a clear ohone cache and factory reset option as for being on android 13 not sure how it gets updated

I just realized this phone got released with android 14 so android 13 recovery partition shouldn't even be on this phone..
