Samsung weather not updating weather location

The Samsung weather app on my A16 5G is not updating my weather location but clearing the app cache didn't work I then cleared the app data and that fixed the issue but this never happened before is samsung aware of this problem it's acting like a bug in the app

You answered your own question, when this happens you have to clear data to fix it. Occasionally this happens to me too.

When this happens you delete your city and re add it and save it. This works 100% of the time. I never had to clear data.
